This is a brief post to clarify the distinction between Master 11 and Master 2.

On June 18, 2015, Lester Holt was made the permanent anchor of NBC Nightly News. At age 59, he became the first Black male solo anchor for a major network newscast. On February 24, 2025, it was announced that Holt had decided to leave NBC Nightly News in the summer of 2025 after a decade of hosting the program. Following his departure, he will transition to become the full-time host of the NBC Dateline.
Born on March 8, 1959
2025 is Holt's Personal Year 20. (3+8+9)
Personal Years 11 and 20 emphasize partnerships, whether they are personal or professional. However, 20/2 provides greater self-regulation regarding outcomes, while Master 11 points out that unexpected changes can lead to the start or end of partnership agreements.
Unlike Joy Reid, Lester Holt has control over his career-related decisions this year.

Joy Reid and Lester Holt are both 8-Borns and Life Number 8.
Between 2025 and roughly 2028, those with a Life Number 8, those born on the 8, 17, or 26 of any month, and those in their Pinnacle 8 can expect to encounter a wave of unforeseen transformations. These shifts may challenge established norms and invite deeply felt growth and change. This period of uncertainty offers a unique opportunity for transformative growth and advancement, with the potential for remarkable change.
March to July are critical months for individuals in Personal Year 11 or 2. August indicates a new direction, which, through the start or end of a partnership, leads to even more changes in December 2025.
