March is a Calendar Month 3 and a Universal Month 12. By now, you should recognize that the Universal Month and the Calendar Month share similar energies this year. Every month intertwines with the next, creating interdependent events. What began as a flicker in January is now an accelerating tide, an ever-expanding situation. There was a slowdown before, but now obstacles, problems, and stuck situations may be coming to an unexpected and abrupt halt or end. Remember, this is a year of letting go, inner reflection, and acceptance.

In March, appearances can be deceiving. Beware of problematic relationships and making impulsive and rash decisions because you want to be in control.

February 2025 was Calendar Month 2 and Universal Month 11. Adding together the Universal Year 9 and Calendar Month 2 gives us the powerful Master 11. It's essential to recognize that Master Numbers like 11 are unique. They carry an intense energy that sets them apart from the single number, so they are never reduced. 

February, Master 11, was marked by dramatic and unexpected shifts and separations.

Federal employees faced sudden job losses that sent ripples of uncertainty through the workforce. Master 11 also rules aviation; countless families were blindsided by the heartbreaking, untimely deaths or injuries of cherished loved ones.  

Master 11 signifies amalgamation, the uniting of two or more things or individuals. Examining the number 2 alongside 11 may suggest secret agreements taking place behind the scenes in February.

Beginning around March 20, 2025, there may be a visible decrease in the general enthusiasm for conformity or compliance. Remember the 2-Rule: typically, energy settles in and intensifies in the second calendar month of the year.

Here we are, a month into Donald Trump's second presidency, and people feel overwhelmed. It looks like we're seeing Steve Bannon's business strategy, "flood the zone," implemented. Despite facing swift judicial hurdles at nearly every turn, Trump's relentless flood of executive orders and policy declarations is proving to be an unexpectedly potent tactic. Although each enactment is frequently stalled in the courts, the Republicans' bold approach resonates with a substantial portion of the population, creating an interplay between ambition and resistance. 

The upcoming nine-year cycle calls for boldness, creativity, and forward thinking. The traditional playbook is outdated and ineffective. It's time to embrace new strategies for success!

Undoubtedly, change is necessary in governments around the globe. Those who have interacted with or done business with the U.S. government recognize that its operations frequently depend on antiquated processes and systems. These approaches frustrate employees and impede the government's capacity to respond quickly to public needs and adjust to the fast-evolving conditions of modern society. 

Here come Donald Trump and Elon Musk to save the day! While the Democrats are holding prayer vigils and 33% of U.S. adults are engaged with TikTok, Trump and Musk continue to double down on the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and what they call "wasteful spending." This relentless onslaught is sowing seeds of skepticism and distrust toward the very foundations of our governmental institutions. 

The plan is to demolish all existing structures at once, clearing everything in a single operation and providing a clean slate for future developments or renovations.

An unexpected event could catch Trump off guard in March. It's possible he faced a health issue in February, but that doesn't imply the surprise pertains to his health. It's also important to note that Musk is experiencing a 2025 Personal Year 43/7, which is associated with themes of connections. The single digit 7 alludes to alone time, feelings of isolation and misunderstanding, fatigue, and legal challenges. He will prefer to work independently rather than in a group. Additionally, his June birthday can bring financial difficulties.

The numbers suggest that the period from March to July will produce numerous changes. Many of you will face the prospect of unemployment from now until 2028. This post aims to motivate you to stay in front of the energy! If you work in any of the industries ruled by 9, you will live with uncertainty for several more months.

You might be taken aback if you find it impossible to sustain your existing lifestyle, requiring significant changes from what you are used to. Unfortunately, numerous federal jobs are coming to an end, and they are unlikely to return. We can expect a notable decline in federal funding for nonprofits in sectors such as education, training programs, social services, healthcare, and environmental initiatives, and more. Consequently, this may lead to more layoffs.

Everyone must begin to contemplate the inevitability of a layoff, focusing on when rather than if it will happen. It's crucial to prepare yourself for the uncertainties of the job market.

This next nine-year cycle is all about the hustle! We've warned everyone—whether wealthy, less fortunate, or anywhere in between—that they must all ''paddle their own canoe'' through these turbulent waters. It is time for you to stop fighting against the change and RISE to the challenge of change! The goal of everything that is happening is to lead you forward in life, allowing you to remove the old paint instead of repainting. You cannot touch up a few areas like before. Instead, you have to eradicate the old.

We've become accustomed to and comfortable with other people helping in our success and act of assistance and benefits from employers, state, local and federal governments and venture capitalists. In 2026, the success or wealth you achieve is through your own effort. This means empowering yourself and not relying on the assistance of others or entitlement programs. Heed the signs; whatever is occurring is toughening and shaping you up for the next nine-year cycle.

3 is recognized for triangular relationships, suggesting an interesting dynamic with three individuals or government leaders versus just the two in February. However, it's important to remember that 2025 carries the risk of misunderstanding and conflict related to Trump, and he will likely react emotionally to it.

Each month does not exist in isolation; instead, events and trends build upon each other, influencing outcomes for better or worse. Looking ahead, April is a Calendar Month 4 and Universal Month 13. During this period, we may observe potential challenges and hardships related to the economy, unemployment, military affairs, or public health.

The year 2024 shimmered with promise, casting a golden glow upon individuals of high standing and affluence. By force of circumstance, many adjustments will occur with politicians, celebrities, governments, corporations, private institutions, and the wealthy worldwide. Financial positions and ill-gotten gains will garner much focus. If that were not enough, 2025 would likely produce incredible changes in the structures of equity markets and mass media.

The era in which influential figures enjoyed an unassailable position is coming to an end. In the upcoming 33 months, they will encounter a series of formidable challenges and difficult circumstances that will lay bare their vulnerabilities. This period highlights an important realization: regardless of one's status or position in society, every individual faces the common challenges and difficulties of life. This is especially relevant amidst the ongoing technological and cultural transformation we are experiencing. As they navigate these hardships, the illusion of invincibility will be shattered, revealing the shared human experience of struggle that connects us all.

We are all navigating uncharted territory. This unparalleled cycle is like trying to see through thick fog. Because of this, we have no other option but to rely on our interpretation of the numbers, which comes from a deep-seated trust in our instincts and analyses, even when the path ahead seems murky at best. Remember, Year 9 isn't about forward movement; it intends to clear the way for forward movement. That's why most people feel frustrated during their Personal Year 9; it crumbles situations before opening the door to a new way of life. Elon will soon grow impatient with waiting for results.

Also, entering into all necessary and effective agreements and arrangements through which the nations maintain adequate forces to meet the needs of preventing war. Achieving world peace is immensely important this year.

9 represents lightworkers and the pillars of justice and governance, where dedicated individuals safeguard the law and uphold the principles of fairness. Furthermore, it encompasses the realms of immigration, foreign travel and foreign affairs, highlighting the importance of global engagement and intercultural relationships.

9 also symbolizes humanitarian efforts and the spirit of compassion that drives charitable organizations and nonprofit ventures. This is why cutting over 90% of the U.S. Agency for International Development's (USAID) foreign aid contracts is a big deal. In 2025, educators, federal workers and various religions will also be in focus. 

The essence of 9 is a powerful reminder of our shared responsibility to serve and support one another in the pursuit of a harmonious and thriving society.

In 2025, some of the focus will be on karmic relationships in your life—those connections that may no longer serve your personal growth or emotional well-being. It's time to reflect on the individuals who have become detrimental to your journey, draining your energy or pulling you away from your true path. As you navigate through your past experiences, consider the impact these relationships have had on your life and the necessity of letting go or setting new boundaries. 

2025 marks a major turning point! .As we move into March, we discussed that managing friendships, family ties, teammates, romantic partnerships, professional relationships and international alliances may prove challenging for much of this year.

Brace yourself for a tumultuous period ahead. The following seven months may bring about shocking separations and endings—whether in marriages, friendships, or business and international alliances. Tension is thick and simmering just beneath the surface, ready to spill over at any moment. As we scroll through news feeds, engage on social media, and absorb online content, the atmosphere grows increasingly charged, reflecting rising emotions and conflict.  

These changes could reshape the landscape of international alliances and business relationships in unprecedented ways.

As if that were not enough, this year has the potential to be a significant season of loss, whether it be the death of individuals or losses through transportation accidents (planes, buses, trains, automobiles, ships, etc.) or natural disasters such as winter storms, floods, tornados, deadly fires, hurricanes, wildfires, and earthquakes.

TRUST THE PROCESS

We posted in December 2024 that nobody knows the overarching plan that governs our world. President Donald Trump and his 119th administration may be playing a pivotal role in dismantling existing structures, creating an opportunity for us to reconstruct society in a more effective and improved way.

This process of tearing down could create a better chance of rebuilding than before. The upheaval of our established routines and norms will ignite a deep yearning for fresh political and social ideas. This renewed awareness will lead us to seek innovative perspectives and alternative approaches that resonate with our evolving needs and aspirations and break from tradition.

Starting in May 2025 and continuing through 2027, everyone will be encouraged to pivot swiftly while navigating any obstacles! Until then, heed the warning we gave at least three years ago that what has worked will no longer be sufficient. May 2025 through October 2026 are game-changing! May through October 2025 will begin to set the tone and lay the groundwork for the next nine-year cycle from 2026 to 2034.

Expect changes in pensions, social security, the workplace, the traditional business hierarchy, banking, company benefits, government grants and supplemental assistance programs, health, and more.

Life will speed up tremendously in the coming months, indicative of the approaching Directive Cycle. Furthermore, most people will place a heightened emphasis on pursuing tasks in a distinctly individual manner (my way). Countries, businesses, and government leaders will tend to prioritize their own strategies rather than engage in collaborative efforts that foster shared purpose and diplomacy. Judging by the numbers, tolerance will be lacking until about mid-2030.

So, for the next several months, there will be a push toward the future and also a pullback to wrap up old issues. The current cycle and the approaching cycle are like chalk and cheese, so people become even more confused. When all is said and done, it will take until 2028 for us to witness improvements!

We should keep in mind that the current energies have never been experienced before.

The energy doesn't suddenly shift; there's conditioning that started in 2023. This is why it's imperative from 2023 to 2025 to be conscious of how the universe is readying you personally for this new era of business. In November 2022, after the initial release of ChatGPT, the most profound technology to date, rivalries began as companies raced to add AI features. What is being revealed is that in the foreseeable future, AI will reshape all industries.

2026-2030 will be a cycle of innovation and important discoveries and developments. It's not coincidental that ChatGPT was released on November 30, 2022, and by January 2023, it was the topic of conversation.

True to predictions, the number 1 is already boldly asserting its dominance on the global stage. It is characterized by unwavering independence, and people find it challenging to forge collaborations with others, often preferring to stand alone. There is no more going along to get along. We are already witnessing angry discussions in which people openly disagree.

1 will be the underlying force for many years to come.

The days of stimulus checks, government bailouts, and SBA-backed loans are over! With the increasing damage from weather and climate-related disasters, FEMA won't be able to keep up. The federal help we have grown accustomed to will gradually diminish, and we will have to be resourceful as we look after ourselves, our families, our neighborhood, and our community. 2 produces echoes from the past, so don't be surprised if there's an increase in multigenerational households.

By universal design, immigrants seeking refuge in the United States will likely naturally begin to taper off in the final two months of 2025. 

Globally, situations will become quite challenging. But remember that life will improve over time; letting go of things is always a more tedious process than bringing something new in. Until 2028, we are in a cycle of massive change. Once again, letting go of the past is difficult for many people. That's why the 2025 Universal Year 9 can be pretty depressing for them. Additionally, you desire change immediately, but with 9, situations remain stagnant until roughly October 2025.

The 2025 Universal Year 9 inspires us to embark on an inward journey, prompting us to explore the depths of our thoughts and emotions. In May 2025, there will be a willingness to undertake new and risky projects, resourcefulness, and a lot more people choosing to go into business for themselves. This is quite obvious in 2026.

A transformative period is on the horizon, and the primary objective of Directive Cycle 9 and Universal Year 9 is to reestablish harmony within our global society. This energy aims to create a world where fairness and equality thrive, ensuring that every individual, regardless of their background, has access to the opportunities and resources necessary for a fulfilling life. By addressing the imbalances that have plagued our communities for decades, this clearing out seeks to foster an environment where everyone can contribute and benefit, leading to a more just and prosperous future for all. 

The numbers suggest that this will take a couple of decades to accomplish; it is neither quick nor straightforward.

Governance in which power is vested in the people, who exercise that power through elected representatives and direct participation in decision-making processes, will be revisited. For the next nine years, we will experience a comprehensive evolution in our perspectives, frameworks, and methodologies. We will be guided away from the outdated paradigms of the 20th century—characterized by government and corporate corruption, traditional systems and static processes—and led into the dynamic, interconnected world of the 21st century, where transparency, equal justice, innovation, adaptability, and forward-thinking are paramount. 

As we step into this new era in 2026, expect a reimagining of how we approach challenges, embrace technology, and engage with one another. For the United States, late September or October 2025 should reveal some positive results from all the chaos earlier in the year.
